It's now possible to attach excel documents, when sending off invoices, offers and case confirmation documents

Solved an issue, where the original offer price in some instances wasn't shown in the case overview
Solved an issue, where the same currencies were shown multiple times in the designated dropdowns
Solved an issue, where the material groups in advanced pricing in material registrations wasn't shown correctly
